Lettings and Property Management

The InvestinCyprus.com Lettings and Property Management (LPM) company is now up and running and the first tenants are coming into the office looking for accommodation in our prime sites. We have also tied in with a large hotel chain which has received enquiries from Sweden for long-term winter lets. Many of our investors have been very successful with their own lettings strategy and in some cases had more tenants generated than property available. We have now set-up the IIC Tenant Pool. If demand exceeds supply due to successful individual marketing campaigns, the tenant or holiday maker is then offered alternative accommodation from the Pool. A lettings fee is then paid by the recipient to the supplier of the tenant and InvestinCyprus.com acts as a (commission free) broker. More on the LPM in future newsletters.
